Abundance: a state of consciousness and being, not just material wealth. True abundance is knowing you can create and receive everything you need through your mindset and spiritual alignment.
Activation Codes: images or symbols that carry light and information, triggering spiritual evolution and DNA activation.
Affirmation: a positive, present-tense statement used to reprogram the subconscious mind, reinforce desired beliefs, and support manifestation.
Akashic Records: a metaphysical library containing the history, experiences, and potential futures of every soul and event in the Universe.
Alchemy (Spiritual/Consciousness Alchemy): the mystical process of transforming one's consciousness, emotions, or life circumstances from a lower to a higher state.
Archetypes: are personality templates that appear within most cultures, representative of our collective experiences and perceptions.
Ascended Carbon Atom: describes the evolution of the carbon atom within the human body, symbolising spiritual ascension and amplification of thought into reality.
Ascended Masters: benevolent light beings who have completed the Earth journey and now exist in light body only and in the upper dimensions where time and space have no reality. Whilst they can provide guidance and wisdom, they cannot intervene.
Ascension: a process of spiritual evolution and transformation, involving activation of higher chakras and integration of the light-body.
Butterfly: a symbol of metamorphosis, transformation, and spiritual awakening.
Candle/Flame: Represents illumination, spiritual guidance, and divine light.
Chakra: an energy centre within the subtle body, each associated with specific physical, emotional, and spiritual functions.
Christ Consciousness: a state of unity, unconditional love, and full integration of all aspects of self.
Collective Unconscious: a shared reservoir of archetypes, symbols, and experiences common to all humanity. Carl Jung coined the term.
Clairaudience: the psychic ability to receive intuitive information through hearing within or externally.
Clairvoyance: the psychic ability to receive intuitive information visually, through the third eye, on the screen of imagination.
Crystalline Consciousness: a frequency or state of awareness beyond duality, associated with the Golden Age and integration of the light-body.
Crystalline Grid: a metaphysical network of energy lines and nodes believed to encircle the Earth, supporting planetary ascension.
Divine Feminine / Divine Masculine: universal archetypes representing the receptive and activating principles which are present in all beings.
Dreamcatcher: a Native American symbol used to filter dreams, allowing positive dreams to pass through while transmuting negative ones.
DNA Activation: awakening dormant aspects of one's DNA to unlock higher abilities and spiritual gifts.
Energetic Hygiene: practices that maintain the health and clarity of one's energy field, such as grounding and cleansing.
Fifth Dimension (5D): a higher state of consciousness beyond time, space, and duality, associated with unity and unconditional love.

Grounding: the act of connecting one's energy to the Earth for stability, balance and energy exchange.

Kundalini: a primal spiritual energy at the base of the spine, which rises through the chakras when awakened.
Law of Attraction: Like attracts like; our inherent nature and intentions magnetise experiences toward us.
Light-body: an energetic, non-physical form activated through spiritual evolution and Ascension.
Lightworker: a person who feels called to help raise the vibration of humanity and the planet through healing and service.
Lotus Flower: represents spiritual awakening, purity, and the unfolding of consciousness.
Mandala: a circular geometric design symbolising wholeness and unity.
Maya (Illusion): the concept that physical reality is an illusion, and true reality is spiritual.
Metatron's Cube: a geometric tetrahedron, considered by some traditions to be a vehicle of Ascension.
Morphic Resonance: the process through which the collective consciousness transmits patterns or knowledge, also known as the 99th monkey effect.
Ouroboros: a snake eating its tail, symbolising the cyclical nature of existence and eternal rejuvenation of energy as in the divine Universal law of perpetual transmutation.
Phoenix: represents rebirth, and rising from the ashes of old patterns.
Prefrontal Cortex: a cognitive filter that can block knowledge contradicting communal beliefs, associated with ego formation.
Projections: are the act of unconsciously putting upon others that which we are not aware of, or in denial of, within self.
Sacred Geometry: the study and use of geometric patterns and shapes believed to be the building blocks of creation and consciousness.
Schumann Frequency (Schumann Resonance:) a set of natural resonance frequencies generated by electromagnetic waves in the Earth's atmosphere, with the primary frequency being 7.83 Hz—often called the Earth's "heartbeat. Human brainwaves are believed to synchronise with the Earth's resonance, especially during deep relaxation and meditation, linking to grounding, healing, and a spiritual connection to the Earth. Many traditions view it as a bridge between science and spirituality, linking Earth's rhythms to human consciousness.
Shadow: a reference to the unconscious, wounded, or denied aspects of self that one must integrate for healing.
Shadow Work: exploring and integrating the unconscious, wounded, or denied aspects of oneself to achieve healing and wholeness unleashing spiritual gifts.
Soul Contract: refers to a pre - agreement made at the soul level before incarnation, outlining key lessons and experiences.
Soul Group: A cluster of souls who incarnate together across lifetimes to support each other's growth.
Soul-Star Chakra: An energy centre above the crown chakra, associated with higher guidance and multidimensional awareness.
Starseed: a soul believed to have originated from another planet or dimension, incarnated on Earth to assist with planetary evolution.
Synergy: a combination of individual energetic forces that becomes greater than the sum of their separate effects.
Synchronicity: meaningful coincidences that occur with no apparent causal connection, often seen as guidance from the Universe.
Third Eye: the energetic centre or chakra which is associated with intuition, psychic sight, and spiritual perception.
Universal Laws: Metaphysical principles that govern energy, consciousness, and manifestation in the Universe.
Universal Love: The interconnectedness of all beings and existence, transcending separation and chaos.
Universal Mirror: is the concept that the external world reflects our internal state, beliefs, and unresolved issues.
