Card 66 of Our New Earth Oracle is practice meditation.

I have gone into much explanation within the card on how to do this with a candle and the breath.... but realistically everything you do can be a form of meditation practice through keeping your full conscious and sensory awareness into what you are doing, and when you notice your mind drifting off, bring your awareness back. This trains your mind that YOU, the consciousness behind your minds workings, is the real boss.



There is one other practice that is very useful to do, when you become upset by something due to a previous trauma and slip back into unconsciousness and worry. When you notice this occurring try bringing the full light of your consciousness awareness back into it and say this is an illusion. I AM stronger than this (whatever it is.) Sit with it and you may feel the burning responses of the emotion within you, but don't be afraid to stay in it and really feel it, observe it in your body and when it subsides take that as a victory. With practice you will then notice it completely looses its grip of power over you.
