To practice this approach, focus positively, using affirmations and visualisation techniques on what you want, and on being the best version of yourself. These methods work by convincing the brain that your visualisations and affirmations are true, as you perceive this reality only, based upon your programming. This process supports you in creating your new reality by changing the software. Effectively, you are positively gaslighting yourself.

Neural Pathways
This reprogramming strategy establishes new neural pathways; however, it is important to recognise that this process does not occur immediately. Altering the brain's wiring requires time and patience and is comparable to diverting a river. The established and frequently used route remains the default route. With conscious perseverance, successful re-routing will happen.

Mental discipline
Engaging in meditation can help to establish mental discipline. When fear or any other powerful emotion arises within you, affirm the opposite and proceed despite the fear generated from the emotional, mammalian part of the brain. The only way to transform fear is through consciously facing it and going into it, emerging from the experience unscathed. Only then does fear lose its grip of control over us. Fear is an ingrained pattern of thinking that needs to be transmuted for Ascension.

Fear
Fear always takes us back to when we were a child or otherwise vulnerable, with limited power and at the graciousness or mercy of those around us. Remember, you are not so vulnerable anymore. Trust your adult self's capabilities to safeguard you and reintegrate your inner-child.
