63. NEURODIVERSITY / RACIAL DIVERSITY & FULL INCLUSION

Many children born today have more neurodiversity than we have ever seen. Embedded within neurodiversity there are creative and scientific gifts and talents, which come along with being a New Earth Child. These children are extremely sensitive, and they often represent a step forward in our evolution. The information presented might apply either to yourself or to a child who is present around you.

Adopting a different parenting style
These beautiful special children teach us how to parent in a much more sensitive way as they cannot cope well under pressure and become demand avoidant. When they experience excessive pressure, it compels us to examine how we can parent more mindfully and successfully.

As their energetic state is in harmony with Our New Earth, they might struggle with the outside world, resulting in a lack of receptiveness to negativity, and thus finding it challenging to manage. This is their precise point of being — working to bring our New Earth into reality, they influence the way forward and refuse to tolerate injustice in any form.

Besides possibly having a neuro-diverse condition, these individuals may also come from a mixed-race background, and as a result, they can have difficulties integrating socially and dealing with what their classmates view as many differences, potentially causing feelings of rejection.
Suggestions of what you can do to help them!
• do what you can to support them in building resilience against negativity. Help them keep their inner light shining stronger than any negativity they may encounter
• support their gifts and talents
• teach them it is OK not to people-please
• empower them with choices
• if they want a black bedroom, allow it, as they may need a retreat from sensory overload
• keep them structured and in a routine as much as possible
• give them advanced notice of changes to the routine
• if they are going out, also give them advanced warning so they can mentally prepare
• homeschooling or de-schooling may be necessary as you advocate through the courts to get their needs met
• understand their vulnerabilities and engage with the professionals involved with them. Make it clear you will not tolerate their being bullied
• do not force them to go or be where they do not want to go or be!

Takiwatanga
Takiwatanga is the Maori term that is used to describe neuro-diverse individuals, who show demand avoidance and need to be in their own energy stream. The literal translation of Takiwatanga is "in their own time and space."

Neuro-diverse individuals are frequently empathetic, and they navigate a lifetime of extremely painful transitions. They journey from sincere, childlike naivety through to an awakened, impenetrable strength. In the beginning, their strong desire to please and be accepted makes them vulnerable to neurotic narcissists and manipulators. That is until one day they become so shattered by perceived betrayal they dissolve completely into themselves.

Because of feeling shattered by the experience of betrayal, their very foundations transform, changing from something akin to shifting sand to an unyielding stone, enabling them to wield their empathic capabilities with a sense of strength and security, and a deeper understanding of their identity and purpose.
A pragmatic perspective is useful when labels are necessary
Many people dislike labels; however, labels have significance in law and can be the difference between being supported appropriately or not.

Diagnosis
Deliberate whether you or someone you know should undergo assessment for ASD or ADHD. Remember that these conditions have nothing to do with intelligence; however, they represent a different manner of brain organisation. For this reason, a unique method of manoeuvring through this brain organisation, in what can feel an alien environment, here on Earth, is essential.

Empathic Neurodiversity
Many neuro-diverse people are empathic and throughout life they go through several really painful transformations

From sincere childlike naivety through to an awakened impenetrable strength.

Initially they are so driven to please and be accepted they are prime targets for neurotic narcissists and master manipulators until one day they become so shattered by betrayal they dissolve completely into themselves.

This is where their foundations alter from that of shifting sand to unexploitable stone from where they can wield their empathic power from strength and security and the knowing of who they are and why they are here.
