43. Consult a professional/ Outsource

This is a call-to-action card that speaks to the wisdom of seeking support when a task requires expertise beyond your own. At times in life, we all need professional help from someone skilled in a particular field—whether for health matters, the well-being of those in our care, fitness, home maintenance, plumbing, or the installation of renewable energy systems such as solar panels or a wind turbine. This card suggests that outsourcing a skill is not only sensible, but necessary.

Practical guidance and outsourcing - This card may encourage you to gather information from an outside specialist to improve efficiency, quality, or productivity, or to address a gap in your own experience. It may point to hiring a bookkeeper to remain compliant with tax law or bringing in a specialist teacher to support a child with exam preparation. The emphasis is on having a clear purpose. You are not being asked to hand over responsibility carelessly, but to seek support when you are ready to act, stretch beyond your comfort zone, and do the required work.

Questioning professional advice - This card can also serve as a caution. A professional whose opinion you trust may not be giving you the full picture or may not be as up to date as they should be with their professional expertise. If something feels wrong, question the advice, particularly where health or care is concerned. You have the right to seek clarification or request a second opinion. Discernment here entails trusting or challenging expertise.

Inner guidance and spiritual trust - Rather than looking outside yourself to psychics, mediums, or other external voices, this card reminds you that the answers you need already live within you. Trust your intuition, your spiritual connection, and your higher understanding. The deeper message is one of self-reliance rooted in inner wisdom: you already know more than think.

Stepping into your own expertise - This card may also identify you as the professional. Do not be afraid to step forward, share your skills, and place yourself more fully in the world of work or service. If you have been considering taking your specialist knowledge into a new arena, this card offers reassurance that you can do it and that the timing is favourable.

Growth, delegation, and professional development - Keep refining your expertise. Stay open to better methods, fresh training, and ongoing development. There is always more to learn, and mastery deepens through consistent improvement Delegate where possible so that you are not carrying more than your share. Make sure each person is contributing according to their strengths and skill set.
