68. RELEASE SHAME
This is a message for you or someone else close to you that there is a need to release shame! WHAT HAPPENED IS NOT YOUR FAULT. You are amazing!

In your innocence
Because you are not responsible for what has happened to you, it is unnecessary for you to harbour any feelings of self-disgust or inadequacy. I encourage you to relinquish it, since it is preventing your progress towards becoming the most elevated and ideal version of yourself.

The dark closet
We may have in times past, because of our innocence and naivety, exposed ourselves to behaviour from other individuals that is simply not justifiable. It is unfortunate that during our childhood years; the safeguards were absent, and therefore, we were not protected adequately.
Since we would never consider acting in such a way, the thought that others could or would act in this fashion does not cross our minds. The individuals who behave detrimentally might make the behaviour seem normal, or they might conceal it, hiding it behind a camouflage of reputability. They may keep it a secret, and in doing so, they could pass the negative energy down to those who come after them in their lineage.

It is not acceptable, and you have every right to feel angry
Well, what happened is not acceptable, normal, or appropriate, so do whatever you need to do and take whatever time you need to take to release, so you may relinquish this horrific burden you carry. Please know that the ascended masters walk at your side to promote your well-being. Your higher-self will guide you toward the goal of self-healing.

In order to facilitate healing and personal growth, seek professional assistance and therapy, thus preventing this experience from permanently shaping your identity. Feeling inadequate in any way is not good for your mind, body, or spirit, and the same goes for allowing yourself to feel like a victim, which is why it is important to prevent these feelings from becoming a fundamental part of your self-perception.
