27. ENERGETIC CONDUIT
Grounding - Your body is effectively an organic battery, and Earth is a massive self-replenishing, ecological battery giving off the resonance frequency of 7.83 Hz (which is called the Schumann frequency). Since we are physically embodied, we need to make conscious decisions to have direct, regular contact with the Earth to exchange electrical frequencies for. -
• grounding our electrical circuits and the "free radical buildup,"
within the body.
• recharging ourselves from the Earth's electromagnetic field - to support us with functioning in prime condition, whilst living within the human body. Taking grounding action opens us up to a wealth of health benefits that help stave off many chronic diseases, which are on the increase, such as auto-immune conditions, cancer, and inflammation.

Deeper meaning. - If you consider that -
• Many of our homes these days have insulating or, to be more precise, non-conductive concrete floors -
• Often, we have non-conductive plastic pipes running down from our baths and showers -
• we wear shoes that have non-conductive materials as soles -
• when we are in many forms of transport on the road system, non-conductive rubber tyres are between us and the ground too -
So, is it surprising we struggle to ground energy in our modern-day lives?

It is said that many innovative ideas came to distinguished minds whilst bathing. This happened before they considered installing plastic pipes as a cheaper upgrade instead of metal pipes. Metal pipes did effectively ground our energy whilst bathing, as metal is a superconductor of energy two ways, "to and from us surrounded by water," directly connected down into the Earth. If you still have metal piping, hang on to it!
Invest in grounding shoes and a grounding mat. – The science behind these products is becoming better understood, and mainstream, so many companies make these products.

You can also connect with the earth daily through gardening, being in nature or sitting or standing directly on the Earth with no shoes.
