47. MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS
Mental health and well-being. Always seek a medical professional's help.
Mental health challenges can affect anyone. Susceptibility increases when exposed to trauma, tiredness, environmental factors, and negative people.
Genetics, underlying health challenges, sensitivity, and neurodiversity can exacerbate susceptibility. Preventing future incidents necessitates the process of inner child healing and the building up of resilience.
This message may be for you or for someone who is around you or special to you! Fractal art initially generated the image, which depicts a woman critically judging her morphed out appearance.
Dysmorphia
Dysmorphia manifests when the external world's perceptions and the mirror's reflection have a greater impact on you than your internal awareness and self-confidence.
Rejection sensitive dysphoria
Unless one has cultivated sufficient resilience, the pain associated with rejection has the potential to become a significant problem. Being constantly exposed to images of perfection through the media can often leave us feeling inadequate or as though we are not enough. Subsequently, we might perceive any rejection we encounter as being caused by our believed imperfections. Consistent verbal criticism can, over time, shape how we view and perceive ourselves, and so become our reality.
Prioritise reinforcing your inner strength and self-esteem because what you believe about yourself, not your physical appearance or anyone else's perceptions, is what defines you. You are amazing, and that is the only truth to reinforce.
Self-harm and suicide
It is a problem compounded when we look in the mirror; our body becomes morphed out of proportion and perspective. Then, on top of this, the pain of rejection can lead to self-harming behaviour. When life just feels too difficult, suicidal thoughts may arise.
So, the onset of self-harming is rooted in overwhelming emotional suffering, feelings of failure and deep-seated self-disgust. The agonising and unbearable nature of this emotional dysregulation compels individuals to seek an externalised outlet of expression. Self-harm is a method of expressing this. Self-harm is becoming a problem in today's youth; it may always have been a hidden problem, but now we are just more aware of it.
Eating disorders
One way to understand eating disorders is to recognise them as self-harm. Individuals with eating disorders see food as their only control, which they use to deal with emotional dysregulation and difficult situations; therefore, it's considered a mental health condition. Eating poorly can mean overeating, under-eating, or obsessing over their weight or looks. Individuals of any age can suffer from eating disorders, particularly teens and young adults.
Timely interventions can lead to a recovery from all these conditions.
Aiding your recovery with helpful tools.
Seek support from skilled experts. Do not suffer alone or silently.
What happened to you? – You are not alone, so we can then look at what has gone wrong, as it does not have to be this way!
Environmental factors – choose empowering relationships; positive, life-affirming environments; food and water that lift your vibration; a strict routine of self-care; and a home that feels safe.
Build resilience by making it your intention to build your inner light brighter than any external force. Recognise that none of us can go through life people-pleasing, devaluing self to appease others; or giving credibility to external opinions, above our own.
See it for what it is – from others, maybe there is or has been psychological bullying, abuse, shaming, hate crime or coercive control. From self, there is choosing to give external forces more reality than your inner light, which is not your fault; it just is.
Taking back control and not feeling victimised is an important choice to make. These experiences can help you understand yourself, how you got here and how to take control of your life.
From the higher metaphysical perspective, for every victim there needs to be a perpetrator, and relinquishing any victim mindset invites into your experience higher energetic frequencies.
As a Master in spirit, you have come to Earth to take on these energies to support humanity with healing and Ascension. What you heal within self, then instructs part of the mass human psyche to relinquish programming. You are not just doing this for self but for all those who walked a similar path before you. You, in your mastery, have the courage to bring the light into the darkness, thus releasing energy trapped at a low frequency.
Look at our underlying belief systems about self, as choosing not to feel a victim entails looking at how you got you here.
Society teaches us as children that we must define ourselves by external narratives and what the mirror shows us. You alone determine your identity through your own beliefs and programming. When you cultivate powerful beliefs in yourself and your inner light is shining brightly from your higher self, nothing can dim your light.
Self-empowerment
It is not the intention here to suggest that you should cease your efforts to improve and become the best possible version of yourself, nor should you neglect self-care or disregard constructive feedback; instead, it means that you possess the inner strength to recognise the inherent perfection within any imperfections, and to maintain faith in your own truth, and your inner light, even if you are the sole believer. You do not need external approval.
Individuals with innovative ideas; groundbreaking theories or deep spiritual insights often face ridicule and fear because others feel a loss of control over these individuals and their perceptions of reality and seeing things others cannot.
Other meanings
Ensure that everyone understands that the act of body shaming or diversity shaming is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. Make shaming of any sort inappropriate in your arena and with people you spend time with. This includes body shaming; racial shaming; disability shaming; and mental health shaming!
Making shaming, inappropriate conversations and talking about diversity positively normalises it, and shines your light onto it. Modelling that there is another way.
You are dealing with someone who has mental health issues.
Power Prompts: This is a predestined shift in direction, not rejection.
A reality change is but a change in perspective or intention.
Affirmation: I AM beautiful and perfect as I AM! I have much to offer society! My inner light is stronger than any external forces! I bring light into dark places.
