9. THE DIVINE UNIVERSAL LAW OF POLARITY.

This principle of opposites is fundamental duality. Since opposites are interconnected along continuums, they require each other to exist. For example:
• No light without darkness
• No love without fear
• No right without wrong or left
• No good without bad
• No comfort without adversity
• No depth without the shallow
• No superiority without inferiority
• No perpetrator without a victim
• No female without male
• No heat without the cold
And so, the list continues.

Impact on our lives
Recognising that everything has an opposite helps us understand the duality inherent in all aspects of life. This knowledge assists us in achieving a balanced and centred perspective, and it is from being centred that supports our evolution and Ascension.

Practising this principle
As you take in more light, more shadow is revealed, counterbalancing the opposing polarities within. This process can be emotionally euphoric when absorbing light; then feel emotionally low as light is grounded in, via your lived experience. This results in a return to a state of equilibrium, completing the cycle.

Understanding that this is a temporary phase within the context of opposing forces reaching equilibrium is beneficial. Remaining mindful of this process will help you become more resilient in experiencing the lows.
Something positive always comes from something negative, and negative experiences are the hurdles we must overcome to get to the positive as they are along the same continuum. It is purely our relative perspective that makes it good or bad, positive, or negative.
