75. SLEEP HYGIENE AND SELF-CARE ROUTINE.

In recent times, there is far greater awareness about the necessity of maintaining sleep hygiene, particularly given the abundance of electronic devices in our lives. It is essential to prioritise getting at least seven to eight uninterrupted hours of sleep each night. One practical step is to set your mobile phone to silent mode while you are sleeping. You can configure phones so that calls will come through in an emergency if someone calls three times.

Deeper meaning
Sleep hygiene refers to the practice of preparing yourself for optimal, restorative sleep. This is a critical aspect of self-care, as insufficient, poor-quality sleep can have a negative impact on both physical and mental health. There are three key elements that contribute to effective sleep hygiene:
• Schedule: Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, and ensure that devices do not interrupt you during the night.
• Environment: Create a calming and soothing space that supports restful sleep.
• Self-Discipline: Commit to the habits and routines you have established for yourself.

Developing Positive Habits for Wellbeing
Numerous studies have shown that cultivating positive habits plays a vital role in maintaining overall wellbeing, affecting both mental and physical health. It is not enough merely to establish healthy sleep routines; it is also essential to dedicate time regularly to self-care activities. These include engaging in physical exercise and other practices that promote personal balance and relaxation. By prioritising both sleep hygiene and consistent self-care, individuals can support their holistic health and enhance their daily quality of life.

Understanding your body's rhythm
Our bodies function best in rhythm, and the circadian rhythm is the name for the rhythm connected to the Earth that aids in sleep. The brain's response to light governs this natural cycle. However, the conveniences of modern living—such as artificial lighting—can disrupt this rhythm, as we are no longer solely dependent on sunlight. Thus, it is important to consciously create a personal rhythm that supports your individual needs and the way you sleep.

ENERGETIC HYGIENE AND RESILIENCE.
"Frequency tampering" refers to the energetic manipulation of others, often attributed to narcissists (who I like to believe unconsciously,) but possibly deliberately, attempt to lower a light worker's vibration. This can and often does occur through our most precious of relationships, including our children, because this is where our vulnerabilities are.

Lightworkers, being sensitive and empathetic, are often the targets of this attempted disruption, but no-one need fear narcissists, negative energy or attempts to tamper with your frequency through others.
Your frequency is highly resilient when rooted in self-awareness, spiritual integrity, and the concept of allowing our most precious loved ones the time to work out the truth for themselves. This often means the balance of completely letting them go whilst keeping the love door open.

The most effective armament is remaining balanced, aligned with, and grounded in your truth and love regardless of what is going on around you.
