77. Spiritual Warrior

You are a true Spiritual Warrior. In the vision of a past and future, you already exist as an Ascended Master. Through meditation and communion with your higher self, you can be this on the Earth plane.

This message is offered with great reverence. We—the Ascended Masters in spirit and on Earth—remind you that you have never been separate from your purpose. Across many lifetimes, you have prepared for this role: supporting humanity’s return to the light and helping shape the living reality of Our New Earth. You do not walk this path alone. Countless Ascended Masters stand beside you as Spiritual Warriors, serving upon the Earth plane.

Drawing this card is an invitation to release every belief that limits
your understanding of who you are—every thought that tells you that
you are incomplete, unworthy, or less than divine. As these beliefs disintegrate, your inner skylight opens wider, allowing more of Source’s light to move through you and into the world. The process may unfold gradually, but each layer of conditioning that you release creates greater space for remembrance, clarity, and spiritual strength.

You already know this truth, for you chose to be here. You entered a lineage carrying inherited patterns and dense energies so they could be purified, healed, and transformed. Your presence within this family line is not accidental; it is part of the spiritual template you accepted before incarnation. Each healing you undertake creates ripples of light across the timelines, touching both the past and the future. Every act of healing, whether offered to yourself or another, and every decision to choose love contributes to the transformation of the world. This does not require you to deny evil or tolerate harm. Instead, it asks you to look beyond appearances and recognise the divine spark—the essential light of Source—that exists within all things, even where darkness has distorted and confined it.

Source is the origin of everything. What we call evil is not separate from Source, but a distortion held at a darkened frequency. By directing love toward the divine light concealed within darkness, you help loosen its grip and create the possibility of release. This never means condoning destructive actions. Love and light may be offered from a safe distance, without accepting, enabling, or permitting harmful behaviour. Discernment is part of your service, and maintaining clear boundaries allows your light to remain steady.

Your role in Earth’s ascension began long before this lifetime. It began when you courageously volunteered to project part of your consciousness into dense matter, move through time, and help bring heaven to Earth. You are an ancient soul who has undertaken many missions in service to Source, raising the light quotient across worlds and realities as they return to alignment within Loves Universal laws.
Entering the density of the Earth plane required careful preparation. Your perfect love template was first overlaid with a chakra system, assimilating you into Earth’s experience. You chose your family and soul group, and as you entered the womb in conscious form, your chakra system was further imprinted upon with the patterns and programmes of your parents and spiritual companions. These influences anchored your awareness within the third-dimensional world and gave you perfect conditions so your mission could unfold.

Your training continued throughout childhood and beyond. You selected the circumstances that would best prepare you for your purpose, even though many of those circumstances may have felt difficult, isolating, or unfair. When you felt different from those around you, and when few understood the path, you were called to follow, something within your heart still remembered. Beneath the conditioning of the third-dimensional world, your original template remained intact, calling you forth to enact your purpose. You knew this was your mission, and nothing could truly divert you from it.

Now, as you awaken and realign with your true self, you gradually release third-dimensional templating and clear inherited beliefs. You are not becoming someone new; you are returning to the wisdom and wholeness that have always existed within you. With every layer you release, your connection to your higher self becomes clearer, and your path becomes easier to recognise. This return to your original, pure template also affects the family line and soul group with whom you journey through incarnation. The healing you bring forth touches more than your individual life. It transforms patterns carried through generations, restores balance within your spiritual lineage, and open new possibilities across the timelines. Your inner work is therefore both personal and collective: as you bring yourself into greater alignment with Source, you help create a clearer pathway for others.

Trust the wisdom of your higher self, protect the light within you, and allow love to guide your service without asking you to abandon discernment.

Energetic hygiene and resilience.


Within spiritual communities, “frequency tampering” is often used to describe the experience of having one’s emotional, energetic, or spiritual equilibrium disturbed by manipulation, projection, or prolonged exposure to negativity. Often this is associated from other people’s narcissistic traits, particularly if these patterns appear within intimate relationships.

This does not mean that every difficult interaction is evidence of narcissism or spiritual interference. Rather, it points to the way control, blame, emotional inconsistency, and sustained negativity can gradually unsettle a person’s confidence and sense of self. The people closest to us, including our children, touch the most tender and vulnerable parts of our lives and this is very often how darkness can disrupt a lightworkers energetic frequency. Because we love them so deeply, their struggles and perceptions can affect us with an unusual amount of force.

Lightworkers are empathic, spiritually aware people who commit themselves in service to healing and spiritual awareness. Their openness can be a gift, but without boundaries it can also become exhausting. Being receptive does not mean being powerless. A person’s inner state is not as fragile as fear may suggest; it can become resilient through self-awareness, emotional grounding, spiritual integrity, and a steady commitment to what is true.

One of the most difficult responses is also one of the most humane: allowing the people we love to discover truth for themselves, in their own time. This may mean releasing the urge to convince, rescue, or control them, even when our intentions are loving. It can be painful to watch someone make choices we believe will harm them, or to see them misunderstand a situation we feel we understand clearly. Yet love does not require us to manage another person’s awakening. We can remain available, honest, and compassionate while respecting their freedom to learn through their own experience.

Letting go is different from abandoning someone. It means loosening our grip on the outcome while keeping the door to connection open. It also means remembering that compassion must include compassion with ourselves. We cannot protect another person by continually sacrificing our peace, surrendering our discernment, or losing our identity within their journey.

The most reliable form of protection is not fear-driven resistance but inner steadiness. When we remain rooted in truth, love, and clear boundaries, any turbulence around us does not have to determine who we become. We may still feel the hurts, experience the confusion, or become shaken by sudden events and that is OK.

Spiritual strength is not about acquiring emotional numbness but rather feeling it fully whilst relinquishing outcomes. After all it is our emotions which make us human. Inner balance asks of us that that we return, repeatedly, to our centre of balance within and to –
