13. Ascended Masters and the akashic records.

Ascended Masters are benevolent beings of light who have completed the Earth journey and now abide in their light bodies. In time, so will we.

Welcome the Ascended Masters into your awareness and invite their presence as you move through your spiritual path and ordinary daily life. Ask them to confirm that they are near, then remain attentive to the signs they send.

Physical and psychic senses - The Ascended Masters walk beside us from higher dimensions that may not yet be visible to our physical senses. This is easier to understand when we remember that the senses developed for survival are not necessarily designed to perceive the fullness of the Universe. Our physical senses interpret only a small portion of reality, which is why it is essential to trust inner knowing alongside psychic perception.

These abilities are natural. Everyone carries this potential, even if it has been dismissed, silenced, or labelled unreal. As we reopen the psyche and begin to trust what we perceive beyond the physical, we often experience a deep expansion of the heart—love, joy, humility, and wonder at once. Sometimes, the beauty of that loving presence moves you to tears. When this happens, it is a sign that the Ascended Masters have touched your awareness and are walking with you.

Communicating with the Masters - Communication with the Masters is not always direct. At times, it can feel like playing the game charades, with meaning arriving through symbols, impressions, and layered signs. Their messages may come through memory, inner hearing, inner sight, or feeling. They may also communicate through other people, music, lyrics that repeat in your mind or appear unexpectedly on the radio, billboard messages, or symbolic patterns in nature.

Pay close attention to repetition. When the same message appears more than once, it is be a confirmation that the Masters are communicating.

Recognise their role and boundaries - The Ascended Masters can channel guidance to support you and humanity’s evolution, but they do not interfere directly with your personal path. This is part of the law of Ascension. Ascension invites you to become more empowered, wise, connected, and sovereign in human form.

The Masters honour your request to walk with you. They recognise the courage it takes to enter physical density and heal ancestral patterns. What you heal within yourself ripples through the family line, re-patterning energetic inheritance and supporting the healing, activation, and renewal of DNA. This is not a small task; it is a profound service.

Your energetic purpose - You have a unique gift for transmuting density, lifting vibration, and raising your light quotient. This expertise is now being called forward. Your work matters, and your light is needed.

Number 13 - The number 13 carries positive spiritual significance. In numerology, it is associated with the Ascended Carbon Atom 6-1-6, reflecting the structure of carbon-7: six electrons, one neutron, and six protons. When 6 + 6 + 1 is added together, the result is 13. Reducing 13 further gives 4, a number of stability, support, and balance. Just as a table or chair requires four legs for steadiness, 4 symbolises security and grounded strength in life.

The Akashic Records - The Akashic Records are an ethereal archive: a sacred metaphysical library containing the energetic history of every being in the Universe. Seekers may choose to connect with this energetic archive where information is stored to better understand the soul’s full experience across realms, dimensions, and physical states, including past and future lifetimes.

Working with the records can bring unconscious material into awareness. This may support spiritual growth by revealing hidden blocks, unresolved trauma, and offering a clearer understanding of purpose, partnerships, and future possibilities.

Accessing the records - Anyone may access their own Akashic Records through an opening and closing invocation. This work is best undertaken in a supportive group setting, especially at first. The group creates a protective and healing buffer, helping everyone remain grounded and emotionally supported. It is important that all participants feel relaxed, safe, and open.

Opening Invocation - Say the invocation once aloud, then twice in thought:

“Dearest Universal Consciousness and Masters of Light, we thank you for your support as we open the information from the Akashic Records about ourselves. Please place a shield of love and protection around us so that only love and truth may pass between us all. We ask for, and give permission to, only the highest benevolent beings of divine light and mastery to protect us as we gather the information we seek from the Akashic Records. We do this in support of our sacred quest for answers, so that we may serve according to the divine purpose of each soul present.”
Closing Invocation - When you are ready to close, say:
“We thank the Ascended Masters and Universal Consciousness, or God, whichever term you prefer, for the information received. We ask that the Akashic Records now be closed. Thank you for keeping us safe and supporting our journeys.”

Then complete the practice with your chosen closing, such as: “So be it. Amen.”
