24. Diversity and full inclusion

We must remain aware of diversity and recognise the heartache people may carry because of society’s unconscious bias. Racial undertones still exist within sectors of humanity that mistakenly believe they are superior to others.

As illustrated by the child in the image, feelings of exclusion can arise from continual rejection, gradually harming a person’s sense of worth and psychological wellbeing.

Outdated beliefs about racial supremacy have no legitimate basis. Society is gradually becoming more inclusive of differences in mind, body, race, ability, disability, and religious practice. Nevertheless, considerable progress remains necessary before full acceptance and integration are achieved. Recognising this as part of our collective evolution may offer valuable perspective.

Despite persistent beliefs about superiority, we all share common human origins. Homo sapiens evolved in Africa, and tracing family histories reveals that everyone descends from people who migrated. Claims of superiority are therefore unfounded. Our ancestors also interacted and interbred with other human species that have since become extinct.

The role of the master arcana card in shifting beliefs - As a Master Arcana card, this energy acts as an illuminating force, exposing erroneous beliefs that continue to persist within society. Its influence may support the grounding of healing energies, alongside the concepts of morphic resonance and the critical mass effect.

Morphic resonance and critical mass - When a behaviour is recognised and accepted as normal by individuals, it may be modelled and adopted by others. Over time, these expectations and behaviours become embedded within the collective human psyche.

As more people adopt a pattern, a point of critical mass may be reached. At that stage, a new template of behaviour can become established within the wider collective consciousness and gradually normalised.

Many of us envision a future that becomes our New Earth—a world in which humanity values equality, celebrates individual strengths, and is free from division, prejudice, and artificial borders.

Look out for unconscious bias and name it when you recognise it. No one has the right to make another person feel inferior. We must lift one another up and offer empowerment, because life is difficult enough without adding unnecessary harm.

We also harm ourselves and our children when we cannot accept and love people who are different from us. Our children may fall in love with someone from a diverse background, inviting us to confront our own shadow and expand our understanding.
Skin colour is no more significant than eye colour or blood type. We are all part of humanity, regardless of culture, sexuality, identity, or background.

Homo sapiens evolution - Humanity began its evolutionary journey in Africa before spreading north, east, south, and west. Genetic science shows that our genetic material responds to the surrounding environment. Identical stem cells placed in different environments, develop in diverse ways.

Similarly, as human populations spread across the globe, our genetic material adapted to different environments. Over time, this contributed to variations in skin, eye, and hair colour, as well as differences in blood type. Despite these variations, we remain one human species. The need for love, acceptance, and inclusion remains central to our wellbeing.
