24. DIVERSITY AND FULL INCLUSION
We need to remain aware of diversity and be insightful to the heartache people can carry because of society's unconscious bias. The racial undertones that still exist within sectors of humanity who erroneously believe they are superior, is still there.

As illustrated by the child in the picture, feelings of exclusion often arise from constant rejection, eating away at their very soul, which can cause them deep psychological harm.

Outdated beliefs
Racial supremacy has no basis, and society is gradually becoming more inclusive of diversity in areas such as mind, body, race, ability, disability, and religious practices. Nevertheless, significant progress remains to be made before full integration and acceptance of individual differences is achieved. Recognising this journey as part of our collective evolution may provide a valuable perspective.
Outdated beliefs about superiority persist, despite our shared origins as Homo sapiens, which evolved in Africa. Tracing family histories reveals everyone descends from immigrants, so making claims of superiority are irrefutably unfounded. Our ancestors frequently interacted and interbred with other human species, which have now died out.

Explaining morphic resonance and critical mass.

When a behaviour is recognised and accepted as fact by individuals, it is subsequently integrated, then modelled by them and adopted by others. This allows such expectations and behaviours to be 'uploaded' into the collective human psyche. As more people adopt these patterns, a point of critical mass is reached. At this stage, a new template of behaviour is created and downloaded into the wider human psyche. This is then proactively adopted by individuals on a subconscious level, thereby normalising it.

Many of us envision a future that will be Our New Earth, where humanity values equality; celebrates individual strengths; and is free from divisions, prejudice, and artificial borders.

Please be on the lookout for unconscious bias and call it out for what it is when you notice it. No other person ever has the right to make another person feel less than. We need to be lifting each other up and empowering each other, as life can be hard enough without making it more difficult.
We hurt ourselves and our children when we cannot accept and love others. Why? Because our children will fall in love with someone diverse, forcing us to look at our shadow side.
Skin colour is no more important than eye colour or blood type. We are all part of 'humanity,' no matter what our culture, sexuality or background is.

Homosapien evolution
We all started our evolutionary process into the human form at the same place in Africa too (allegedly,) and then spread north, east, south, and west. Genetic science shows that chromosomes in the genetic makeup are ingenious and respond to the surrounding environment. We know this because if you were to put identical stem cells into petri dishes and leave them to grow within different environments, they would grow into different forms. This is also why, through our evolutionary process as we spread across the globe, the raw genetic material within us reacted within the different environments. This caused us to evolve diversely and change in our skin, eye, and hair colour and giving us different blood types too. However, we are all still human beings, and the need for love and acceptance is at the core of our very being, as is the need for inclusion into our communities.
